SummerTime Bagness

What iz good, AaronPleasers?? Hopefully, your August has been amazing. Mine has been pretty dope fr. After dropping the tape of the summer, "The Silver Surfer Tape", I decided to take a month to do some things that I have always wanted to do. I started off August by going to SummerSlam @ JetLife Stadium where I got to see John Cena's final match in NY, & it was a WWE championship defense against Cody Rhodes in a Street Fight. Needless to say, it was fucking dope. I wish John Cena would've won, but it's all good. I still had a great time. Also, I got to see my first professional football game @ JetLife Stadium & it was the yearly "bragging rights" game of Jets v. Giants. The Giants came out on top, as per usual 🙄. To be a Jets fan in NY is tough because the Giants always come thru with Ws for NY, & the Jets just bring disappointment, year after year. It's funny because I've made it thru two Giants championships in NY, & the first time I ever thought about jumping ship was seeing them play irl. Like every time they scored a touchdown, they played this Hypnotize x Back In The NY Groove mashup that went super crazy. Obviously, I wouldn't just switch teams like that but hey, it was a great game. One day, I will be able to cut a promo on the Jets organization & get them into shape because this shit is getting ridiculous fr. Anyways, another dope thing I did this August was go to a daytime Yankee game this past Wednesday afternoon; #peak unemployed activity! I'm being so honest when I say that I haven't had that much fun in YEARS. As a kid, I never got to go to Yankee games, only Mets game (🤮), so I appreciate every opportunity I get to visit Yankee Stadium, but this game left me extra appreciative. They literally had a Home Run Party in the 3rd inning! Cody Bellinger banged a Home Run right on the Bank of America logo in Yankee Stadium. I'm deadass never going to forget that. That was so awesome. I love baseball because that was the only sport I got to play in a league as a kid. I wasn't really that good because I never had anyone to practice w/ or to take me to practice, but I've always understood the game pretty well. Baseball is a sick game. It's a lot more mental than physical. I've been really locked into Yankees baseball this year. It's been nice driving around Long Island & listening to Yankee games. This is the first summer where I can actually do that.
I've spent a bunch of time this summer taking time for myself & really understanding the pace at which I want to go with my life. It's easy to see everyone else doing what they're doing & wish you could do the same thing, but that's not what makes life beautiful. We all have a journey that we must go on. Everyone has their own unique path that needs to be taken. If you sit & wish you were someone else, you miss what makes your life so special. Sometimes, you need to sit back & appreciate the fleeting moments because those are the ones that feel the best in the moment & in hindsight. Anyways, I'm going to get back to experiencing more life. I'll have more to talk about next month. Can you believe that it's September already? Like #timeflies, amirite? It's about to be Spooky Season before we know it! I'll be back in September with more to say. I think I might do a long T&P next month because I always have stuff to talk about, but it's hard to really find the time to sit & really write these. Like I've never gotten paid to do any of this so I need to make irl money, as well as experience the vibes of life 😎. Well, we'll see about allat next month. As for August 2025, it was been a great one. I'm very grateful for what I've been able to experience this month.
Sincerely,
Silver Surfer AT 🌌🏄🏽♂️🩶
